One of the great things about using me as
your Virtual Assistant is that you only pay for the hours
I work as opposed to having a traditional assistant and paying
them for 40 hours a week. I offer several plans to fit your
business needs including a flat hourly rate and two different
levels of retainers.
Clients will be billed per hour for general
and ongoing administrative support. I keep detailed time reports
which are provided to all clients. Hourly rates are billed
in quarter-hour increments.
Standard
Plan: $20.00 per hour
10-25
Hour Monthly Retainer: $17.50 per hour (10
hour/month minimum)
Over
25 Hour Monthly Retainer: $15.00 per hour
(25 hour/month minimum)
Hours used over the retainer amount are billed
at the standard rate of $20.00 per hour. All retainer payments
are due no later than the last business day of the month.
Payment for hours used in excess of the retained amount is
due within 5 business days of receipt of the invoice.
I accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover payments online via PayPal’s secure server.
